Catherine Chen Joins Zhong Lun Shanghai Office as Partner

Zhong Lun Law Firm is pleased to announce that senior lawyer Catherine Chen has joined the law firm’s Shanghai office as a partner.
Ms. Chen began to practice law in 2000. Before joining Zhong Lun, She has worked in Shanghai-based Richard Wang & Co. for many years. Her areas of expertise cover PE/VC, investment, listing, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. She has advised on establishment, investment and operations of dozens of PE/VC funds, real estate funds and on domestic and overseas restructuring and listing of many well-known enterprises. Her admission will surely strengthen the law firm’s presence in the areas.
Ms. Chen is a PRC qualified lawyer and holds qualifications for PRC Certified Public Accountant. She is currently pursuing a CEIBS EMBA degree.
