Zhang Xuebing Appointed as Director of Board of Directors of CUPL

On December 12, 2010, Zhong Lun Law Firm managing partner Zhang Xuebing was appointed to serve as a director of the first Board of Directors of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) at the board’s inauguration and first plenary meeting in Beijing.
The CUPL is a pilot university in China’s governance reform initiated by the Ministry of Education. The formation of the board was not only a specific measure taken by the CUPL to implement the national long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020), but also an important step to deepen the educational reform, expand opening-up and cooperation, and speed up integration of production and research.
