Non-Attorneys Requirements:
1. Graduates from prestigious law schools of Chinese or overseas universities. Candidates with a master degree in law or with a Jurum Doctor degree are preferred;

2. Licensed to practice in China;

3. For a non-litigation paralegal, at least two years work experience in foreign related legal services is required. Experience with leading domestic or international law firms is an advantage;

4. Able to communicate in at least one foreign language (TEM Band 8 or JPT Band 1 or above, and for litigation paralegal and arbitration paralegal, TEM Band 6is required);

5. Identifiable with our culture and principles;

6. Sincere character, practical spirit with his/her feet on the ground;

7. Self-motivated, professional, physically fit and able to work under substantial pressure.
