The Ministry of Transport held a conference to solicit opinions on drafts of standard documents regarding bidding for toll highway construction projects February 23-24, 2010 in Beijing.

As the only lawyer invited to attend the conference, Zhong Lun partner Zhang Li from Wuhan office provided practical and detailed opinions on the drafts, which was well received by the attendees.
