Mr. Feng Wenjun specializes in infrastructure, real estate, project financing, merger and acquisition, and intellectual property.
Mr. Feng has extensive experiences in representing foreign and domestic investors in trans-border projects such as establishing enterprises with foreign companies, share transfer, liquidation, private equity and overseas listings. Mr. Feng has represented many high profile domestic and international clients, which include Macquarie, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, CSX,PSA, LG, Samsung, Kardan, Sino-Dutch, Lehman Brothers, PetroChina, China National Offshore Oil Co., China Power Investment Corporation, Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, ICBC, CITIC, Bank of China, FAW, COSCO, China Railway Container, CIMC, and etc. He has provided Chinese legal opinions for Macquarie Capital Fund on the establishment of Macquarie Everbright Greater China Infrastructure Fund.
Before joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, Mr. Feng worked at COSCO Americas, Inc., Andrews Kurth, LLP (Los Angeles office), the Ministry of Transport of China, and King &Wood.
Mr. Feng graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a LLB degree. Then he obtained a LLM degree from Jilin University School of Law, a certificate from Johns Hopkins University – Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, and another LLM degree from University of Iowa College of Law.
Mr. Feng is an arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission.
