We have been short-listed by Beijing High People’s Court and Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court as bankruptcy administrator (trustee) candidates, which is a pre-requirement for a law firm to be chosen as a bankruptcy administrator.

Our clients include debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors, lenders, trustees, receivers and liquidators. In recent years, we have been appointed by the court to serve as the bankruptcy administer (trustee) in a number of high-profile bankruptcy cases, including the bankruptcies of Dapeng Securities, Hangtang Securities, Minfa Securities, and several listed companies.

Scope of Services:

• Serving as bankruptcy administrators/members of the liquidation team
• Representing creditors, debtors, investors or other stakeholders in the reorganization of listed companies
• Filing bankruptcy applications on behalf of creditors, debtors, or other interested parties
• Filing compulsory liquidation applications before the court on behalf of the shareholders and creditors
• Participating in the bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation as the legal advisor of the creditors and recall right holders
• Serving as the legal advisor of the liquidation team upon delegation of the companies and shareholders
• Handling the risk disposal of securities firms, trusts firms and other financial institutions upon appointment of regulators
• Other services related to bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation
