- Representing Avenue Capital before the Supreme People’s Court in a retrial case of guarantee dispute and won a RMB70 million award for the client(2009)
- Representing Avenue Capital before the Liaoning High Court for a loan dispute and successfully recovered RMB60 million for the client(2009)
- Representing SK GAS before the Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court for an auction dispute and won the case(2009)
- Representing Alcatel-Lucent before the CIETAC in an arbitration involving sales of telecommunications equipment and recovered payment(2009)
- Representing Honeywell International in recovering a batch of airplane parts in the bankruptcy procedure of East Star Airlines Co., Ltd.(2009)
- Representing a joint venture of Total (China) Investment Co., Ltd. before the CIETAC for a dispute arising from an asset acquisition(2009)
