  • Representing Avenue Capital before the Supreme People’s Court in a retrial case of guarantee dispute and won a RMB70 million award for the client(2009)
  • Representing Avenue Capital before the Liaoning High Court for a loan dispute and successfully recovered RMB60 million for the client(2009)
