中伦律师事务所合伙人刘相文律师、傅长煜律师受邀于2017年6月22日至6月23日出席了第五届中国反商业贿赂合规论坛，进行了主题演讲及主持了现场专家研讨。

Mr. Xiangwen LIU and Ms. Changyu FU, partners of Zhong Lun Law Firm, attended the 5th China Anti-Corruption Compliance Forum during June 22nd to June 23rd 2017, making a speech and presiding at the expert panel discussion respectively.

本届论坛由IBS主办，得到了国家卫生计生委、北京市人民检察院、麦德龙集团、联合技术公司、通用电气等政府机构与大型跨国企业的积极参与和大力支持。诸多来自世界500强企业的法务总监、总法律顾问、首席合规官，以及政府工作人员、律师、审计师等都汇聚于本届论坛。本届论坛上，与会的嘉宾围绕我国反腐败合规前沿政策与热点问题，以及企业日常合规实践中面对的问题与困境进行了深入的研讨，并通过交流各自在反腐败合规领域的经验和认识，在理论与实务上为合规业务的从业者们提供了有效的指引。

The Forum was hosted by IBS, strongly and actively supported by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the PRC (NHFPC), the People’s Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality, Metro Cash & Carry, United Technologies，GE Global Operations Asia and other governmental agencies and transnational enterprises. Attendees of the Forum included the directors of legal affairs/general counsels/chief compliance officers of Fortune Global 500 enterprises, governmental officials, lawyers, and auditors, etc. The speakers had profound discussions regarding the hot issues and up-to-date policies of anti-corruption/compliance, as well as the predicaments which enterprises are confronted with. By sharing their experiences and views on anti-corruption and compliance, both in practice and theoretical research, the speakers provided practical guidance to professional colleagues.

Ms. Changyu FU, partner of Zhong Lun’s Beijing office, presided at the panel discussion on the topic of “The Daily Challenge of Being a Compliance Officer” on June 23rd. Ms. FU together with compliance officers from transnational corporations Christine Wang, Pamela Lew and Moore Lu, made an in-depth discussion and analysis on the relevant legal issues a compliance officer may face, provided comprehensive answers to the attendees’ questions, and shared her views and experiences on dealing with conflicts of interests, how the work ethics of cooperate compliance officers differ from culture to culture, and the issues of controlling corporate compliance risks, which was met with great response from the attendees.
