Zhong Lun Law Firm was honored as one of the “Outstanding Venture Capital Intermediaries” in recognition of its contributions to the legislation and practice of China’s venture capital (“VC”) over the past years, at the First China Venture Capital Industry Forum in Beijing on July 29, 2011.
Partner Guo Kejun and associate Xie Xiaoyu attended the forum on behalf of the law firm.

At the forum, officials from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation said more policies would be considered to encourage the VC development in the 12th five year period.
