中伦代表承销商助力寺库集团在纳斯达克上市
2017年9月22日，亚洲最大的奢侈品产品和服务电商平台 - 寺库控股有限公司（股票代码：SECO）宣布首次公开发行美国存托股份并在纳斯达克全球市场上市，募资总额超过1.1亿美元。富瑞和法国巴黎银行担任本次发行的联席账簿管理人。

On September 22, 2017, Secoo Holding Limited (Nasdaq: SECO), Asia's largest online integrated upscale products and services platform, announced its initial public offering and listing of American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market, raising gross proceeds of more than US$110 million. Jefferies and BNP Paribas acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.
